Happy 7th Birthday, Meredith!

At 4:17pm on April 26th, Meredith turned 7-years-old!

Catherine got her a new water bottle with a picture of a puppy and a kitty on it.

We all gave her an MP3 player loaded with some of her current favorite songs (like Call Me Maybe), Zinkies (the mini-version of Squinkies) and new Shake It Up-style clothes. (That's a TV show on the Disney Channel.) These are all the things she REALLY wanted!

A great day at school where they sang her Feliz Cumpleanos was followed by a playdate with the LaCross boys and post-dinner make-your-own sundaes!

We threw Meredith a birthday party this past Saturday.

Her friends Emma, Hailey, Sadie, Olivia and Marina came to celebrate.

They made recycled cereal box totes, played charades and tag, tried to break the recycled homemade pinata (in the end it just fell down because the handle broke) and oooohhhed and aaaaahhed at the gorgeous cake made by our neighbor Lynn.

 Meredith has just about mastered bike riding on two wheels. Her current favorite things are crafting with recycled materials, playing softball and watching the TV show Jesse with her sister.
